Why to be an English teacher in Colombia?

In the first place, for being a teacher in Colombia you must have a lot of patience because it requires a lot of responsibility, but being an English teacher is the most exciting experience in life.

I will be honest, in Colombia it is very difficult to get work for someone who wants to be a teacher, also the profession is not well-paid because of the government we have. However, Colombia is a country full of opportunities for living a good life.

On the other hand, Colombia has been overshadowed by its past and as a result of this, tourists and teachers have refrained from visiting or moving to the country, but I can say Colombia is the most beautiful and happiest country.


Why to be an English teacher in Colombia? - I want to answer this question.
First of all, we must love what we do and know that we do this work not for money, save for helping children and young people of our country to have a better education and training, and also because we must teach them another language, in such a way they will be more prepared for the future. Finally, and the most important thing is for showing the world that we are not just a war country but also of good people and great professionals.
